Day Of A Lifetime was slashed in price for the Cheltenham Bumper after winning the finale at Fairyhouse under Patrick Mullins.
Willie Mullins' debutant (2-5 favourite) showed plenty of spirit to defeat Oscars Well by five and a half lengths in the Rockview INH Flat Race.
He is now an 8-1 chance (from 20s) with William Hill for Cheltenham honours next month however Sky Bet go 12/1.
Mullins snr said: "Day Of A Lifetime showed me what he had been showing me at home and he'll go to Cheltenham.
"Ground is no problem for him but he'd prefer a better surface."
